This website and the app Oktopino – Kids Calculator are operated by Rap – art s.r.o., Záborského 7, 040 01 Košice, Slovak Republic, company ID 45365962, registered with the Municipal Court Košice I, section Sro, file no. 25059.

The Oktopino app

The app is made for children. We built it on the principle that the best data protection is collecting no data at all.

• We collect no personal data. The app requires no account, no sign-in and no e-mail address.
• Nothing is sent to the internet. The app works offline.
• Photos stay on the device. If a parent adds photos in the “My family” theme, they are stored only in the app's storage on that device. They are never sent to us or to third parties, and they are removed when the app is uninstalled. A parent can delete them at any time inside the app.
• No advertising and no third-party tracking.
• No analytics and no profiling.

Permissions the app asks for

• Camera and photo library – only when an adult adds a photo in the “My family” theme. If permission is not granted, the rest of the app keeps working.

In-app purchases

If the app offers a “Full version” upgrade, the purchase is handled entirely by the App Store or Google Play. We never see payment details. The purchase is available only after an adult verification step.

Children

The app is designed for children and collects no data about them. Sections intended for adults are protected by a simple question that a young child cannot answer.

This website

The website uses no tracking cookies, no analytics and no advertising systems. Our hosting provider may process standard technical access logs needed to operate and secure the server.

Your rights

Because we store no user data, there is nothing for us to disclose or erase. If you have a question, write to podpora@rapart.sk. We usually reply within five working days.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page together with its effective date.
